Blessings by Surprise

Most of you know that the last month has proven to be one of the most gripping times in my life. Okay...if you have any relationship with me at all, it could possibly be one of the most interesting times in your life as well. This particular post will not carry all of the riveting details but I would like to share something with you in hopes that you are encouraged along your way. It is likely that you are or you have gone through difficult times & chances are you will find yourself facing adversity again in this life. One of the most burdensome things to do when we are in the middle of calamity is to look past our situation and on to what awaits us. I want you to be encouraged right now. I want you to know that no matter what is going on around you, no matter how many times you fall, or how many times you find yourself isolated or abandoned by everything that you've ever known...I want you to know that some how, some way....you will make it through. It will not be with strength of your own. It will not come from others. The strength that you have will come from the One who loves you most. It will come from the Lord. As a matter of fact, there is only one perfect love and that is the love that comes from Him. When you find yourself almost suffocating from confusion & loneliness or when you can't cry anymore tears....remember to look up. Remember to cry out. Remember that He promised...."My grace is sufficient for you...." Dear Precious Reader...you are not alone & neither am I. He is there watching over you right this very moment. You are safe. There is a purpose for what you are going through today. We may not understand and we may not know this side of eternity why we experience some of the things that we do....but we can know this....That God is still good. He is still merciful & He is still on the throne. May you be blessed today and find yourself able to rest in His promises.
